Water’s Edge Press is an independent publisher of literary fiction and poetry that began in Wisconsin on the shore of Lake Michigan. In June, 2022, Water’s Edge Press moved to Tucson, Arizona.

After publishing her own novel in 2017, Hogue turned to the work of other writers by publishing two anthologies for The Grand Avenue Poetry Collective, a Sheboygan based writing group of which Hogue is a member. With a growing cadre of writers, Water’s Edge Press became an LLC in 2019.
Water’s Edge Press is not a vanity press. It is a small independent press*, able to offer personal service and creative vision. While creative and editing decisions are made in house, Water’s Edge Press uses commercial print on demand services to produce physical books.
Buying Books
All of the books from Water’s Edge Press are available to purchase everywhere books are sold. However, buying directly from Water’s Edge Press is the best way to support small business and literary artists. Bookstores can purchase most of our books via their Ingram account.
